1. Nature of Services

Nexonix Careers may provide professional services including, but not limited to:

• Resume Optimization & Career Profile Enhancement

• Job Search Strategy & Career Support

• Professional Development Services

• Interview Preparation & Coaching

• Talent Solutions & Workforce Support

• Career Marketing & Application Assistance

Nexonix Careers does not guarantee:

• Employment opportunities

• Job offers

• Interview invitations

• Visa approvals

• Specific career or business outcomes

Results depend on individual effort, qualifications, responsiveness, market conditions, employer decisions, and other factors beyond our control.

2. Refund Eligibility Based on Service Timeline

Refund eligibility applies only to the upfront service fee and is calculated from the official onboarding or project start date.

After 45 days, all payments become non-refundable.

3. Performance-Based Programs & Pro-Rated Refund Eligibility

For services that include performance commitments or milestone-based deliverables, the following terms may apply.

Performance Threshold

If the agreed performance target has been achieved, no refund shall be applicable.

If the agreed performance target has not been achieved, the client may be eligible for a proportional refund based on the percentage of completed deliverables.

• Agreed Deliverables: 10

• Upfront Fee: $3,000

• Deliverables Completed: 8 (80%)

Refund Calculation:

• Remaining Deliverables: 20%

• Eligible Refund: 20% of $3,000 = $600

Amount Retained by Nexonix Careers: $2,400

Refund calculations apply only to the upfront service fee and do not include any performance-based, success-based, or outcome-based fees.

4. Successful Outcome Clause

If a client successfully achieves the primary objective of the purchased service through the support provided by Nexonix Careers:

• Any applicable performance commitments are considered fulfilled

• No refund shall be applicable

• The full service fee shall be retained

This applies regardless of the stage at which the successful outcome occurs.

5. Client Inactivity & Non-Cooperation

Full or partial refunds are not available if the client:

• Remains inactive for extended periods

• Fails to attend scheduled meetings, interviews, or sessions

• Does not respond to communications in a timely manner

• Fails to provide requested information or documentation

• Repeatedly reschedules or cancels agreed activities

• Does not cooperate with assigned consultants, advisors, or team members

Such circumstances may affect or eliminate refund eligibility.

6. Definition of Service Completion

For the purposes of this policy, service activities may include:

• Consultation sessions

• Career coaching sessions

• Recruiter screenings

• Professional interviews

• Project milestones

• Advisory meetings

• Other agreed deliverables

Missed appointments, client cancellations, or no-shows may not be counted toward service completion requirements.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds:

• Are typically processed within 7–14 business days

• Will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible

• May exclude payment gateway, processing, or administrative fees where applicable

Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions and payment providers.

8. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted due to:

• Economic or market conditions

• Industry hiring slowdowns

• Visa or immigration policy changes

• Employer hiring freezes

• Personal decisions made by the client

• Voluntary withdrawal from services

• Circumstances outside the reasonable control of Nexonix Careers

9. Final Determination

Nexonix Careers reserves the right to make the final determination regarding refund eligibility based on:

• Service activity records

• Communication history

• Project documentation

• Participation logs

• Internal tracking and service delivery records

All refund requests will be reviewed in accordance with the terms of this Refund Policy and any applicable service agreement.
